Several kinds of vitrified and porcelain tiles of about 35-42 are recommended. Also known as homogeneous brick, brick, vitrified brick. The sintering temperature of the brick is high and the degree of porcelain is good. The water absorption rate is less than 0.5% and the moisture absorption expansion is small. Therefore, the brick has high flexural strength, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no discoloration and long service life. No visible defects were found after 20 freeze-thaw cycles from - 15 ℃ to 20 ℃.

Key points of selection

1. Take a few bricks in the box, check whether the surface of the bricks is bright and no deformation, and there are no defects such as lack of corner, edge, glaze, holes and spots.

2. Take more than four pieces of ceramic tiles and put them on the plane to see whether the color of the bricks is good and whether the patterns are complete; if the overall effect is ideal, it is necessary to put more than four pieces of ceramic bricks together on the plane.

3. Take more than two pieces of ceramic bricks and put them on the glass surface to see whether the brick surface is flat; press the corner of the brick by hand to see if there is warping edge; if the gap is smaller, the better.

4. Take two bricks to touch, listen to whether the sound is clear and loud. If there is any abnormality, it indicates that the brick has cracks or air remains in the ceramic tile during sintering.

5. Purchase the required ceramic tile, so as to avoid color difference.

6. Remove the tiles whose size does not meet the requirements.
