Established in 2009 Hefei Jinjinye Industry Co., Ltd., with its shares reorganized in September 2015, is located in Huashan Industrial Park, Chaohu Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, covering an area of 30,000 square meters. In 2019, it purchased 100 mu (66,667 square meters) of new land due to the expansion of production capacity, with a total area of nearly 100,000 square meters. The main business is to produce and develop colored crystal glass for supporting decoration of household appliances, HPU process and high-precision wire drawing colored crystal glass products. The current production capacity is 5.6 million sets/year. Since its establishment, the Company has been based in Anhui Chaohu Economic Development Zone and facing domestic and foreign household appliance production giants to actively carry out technological transformation and upgrading, aim at the industry-leading production technology standards and take "creating the greatest value for customers and being the most valuable supplier for customers" as its own duty.
Hefei Jinjinye Industry Co., Ltd. is a "national high-tech enterprise". The R&D Center of the Company passed the identification by Hefei Enterprise Technology Center in June 2019. In 2020, it worked with "Bengbu University" to carry out "Research on Optimization of Nano-treatment Process for Decorative Glass Surface" and set up "Industry-University-Research Cooperation Base" and "Practice and Employment Base".
The Company is located in the central position of Wanjiang Economic Development Zone along the Yangtze River in central and southern Anhui Province (east longitude: 117°90′89″, north latitude: 31°65′14″), with superior location, convenient transportation, connecting east with west and wide extension. Hefei-Chaohu-Wuhu Expressway,Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High-speed Railway and Beijing-Fuzhou High-speed Railway pass through the area. The waterway can pass from Chaohu Port, one of the eight major inland river ports in Anhui Province, into the river and sea via Yuxi River. It is 1-2 hours' drive from Hefei Xinqiao and Nanjing Lukou Airport.
There are more than 650 employees in the Company now, with an output value of RMB 320 million and an additional tax revenue of more than RMB 15 million in 2019. It has jurisdiction over deep processing branch factory, Jinjinye branch factory, Huimeizhuang branch factory and HPU workshop, with the most advanced CNC processing platform, full-automatic CNC connection edge grinding, water cutting equipment and industry-leading thin sheet continuous tempering equipment to process products of various specifications at 50~2500mm. It has independently developed HPU generation 1, generation 2 and industry-leading KMI and UMI product production lines, equipped with 18 (fully automatic) flow printing lines. In order to improve the management level, the Company has upgraded the ERP management system in an all-round way and gradually stepped into the "intelligent manufacturing" production management system.
In January 2019, the Company signed the "Project of Annual Output of 4 Million Sets of Intelligent Control High-precision Wire-drawing Colored Crystal Glass" with Anhui Chaohu Economic Development Zone, with a land acquisition of 100 mu and a total investment of RMB 300 million to build automatic tempering workshop, HPU high brightness precision wire-drawing workshop and multifunctional purification workshop. The project is implemented in two phases. So far, the main plant of over 23,000 square meters in Phase 1 has been basically completed and is expected to be put into trial production in November 2020.
